1) SHIPPING COSTS

We offer Free Delivery for orders over Fr.49. For orders below, standard shipping is Fr.10. All the packages are sent with the Swiss Post.

 

2) PAYMENTS

All credit card payments are secured and encrypted.

You can pay with: PostFinance, PostCard, Twint, Mastercard, Visa, American Express or by Invoice ("Kauf auf Rechnung / Facture").

If you pay by invoice, please note that we work with our partner Powerpay (https://www.powerpay.ch/) that will send you an electronic invoice to your email address immediately after your order. You have 14 days to pay this invoice with no extra costs. If you do not pay this first invoice, Powerpay will send you at home a paper invoice with an extra cost of CHF 2.90 and you will have 30 days to pay it.

Please also note that Powerpay will proceed with a credit check on you before confirming the order. It is very important to give a valid email address and your correct first name, last name and current address registered in Switzerland in order to succeed with the identification.

If you want to pay in a different way (Bank Transfer, PayPal, Post QR-Code,...), please contact our customer service, support@lillabam.ch.

 

3) DELIVERY TIMES

We normally deliver all the items in 5-15 working days.

Due to the high demand for our online products, our delivery times may be a bit extended in some periods.

We work hard to improve our service and offer fast shipping. You can always contact our customer service if you have an urgent need: support@lillabam.ch.

 

4) ORDER CONFIRMATION

We will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided as soon as your order has been registered in our system. Make sure that this email has not ended up in your spam in case you do not see the order confirmation.

 

5) ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. In order to keep our estimated delivery times, your order will be processed as soon as it has entered our system. Therefore, we can not guarantee we can cancel your order. Anyway, you can still return the product within 30 days if the order has already been processed.
